FAQs
General Services
What types of clients do you typically work with?
I primarily work with high-level leaders, established businesses, private families, and nonprofit organizations. My services are ideal for clients seeking expert assistance with executive support, event planning, or strategic project management on a contract basis. While I’m open to working with smaller companies, my focus is on supporting established teams that benefit from a structured, professional approach.
What is your availability for new clients?
I accept new clients on a rolling basis, depending on my current workload. If I’m at capacity, I’ll provide a timeline for availability during our initial consultation to help you plan ahead.
What industries do you specialize in?
My expertise spans various industries, including corporate, nonprofit, and consultancy sectors. I adapt quickly to the needs of each industry while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency, event coordination, and organizational success.
What tools and software do you use?
I am experienced in industry-standard tools for executive support, operations, and event planning, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Trello, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Canva. I’m also quick to learn new platforms as needed. If a client requires the use of proprietary, industry-specific, or specialized systems, I incorporate the learning curve into my pricing to ensure a smooth transition without unexpected costs.
I also stay up to date with AI-powered tools and continue to complete courses and professional training to expand my expertise in leveraging AI for efficiency and optimization. While AI can enhance workflows and decision-making, it cannot replace the strategic thinking, adaptability, and high-level support that executive and operational functions require. My role is to ensure that technology drives meaningful time and cost savings for my clients, allowing them to focus on their highest-value work.
What is your process for starting a new project or engagement?
We’ll begin with a discovery call to discuss your goals and identify key pain points, goals, and objectives. Once we agree on a scope of work, I’ll draft a Service Agreement and start an onboarding process. This may include familiarizing myself with your systems, tools, and team to ensure seamless integration.
Remote Work & Communication
How does remote coordination work?
Remote coordination is streamlined using modern tools and clear communication. I primarily rely on email, Zoom or Google Meet, and project management tools like Asana to stay connected. Regular updates ensure transparency so you always know the status of your projects.
What time zone do you work in?
I operate in Mountain Time (MT) and typically work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. However, I can adjust my schedule to accommodate clients in different regions. Let me know your preferences during onboarding, and I’ll work to align with your needs.
What tools or platforms do you use to manage projects and tasks?
I’m proficient in Google and Microsoft Products, Asana and other project management tools, Salesforce and Zoho CRM, Quickbooks, Wave, ChatGPT, and more. I am capable of quickly adapting to your existing systems.
Pricing & Packages
How do you bill for services?
Invoices are typically issued biweekly and are due within 7 days of receipt. Accepted payment methods include most credit cards, ACH, digital wallets, and bank transfers. Please note that payments made by credit card may incur a non-refundable processing fee. A signed Service Agreement is required before commencing any work.
Do you require a deposit or signed agreement before starting work?
Yes, I require a signed Service Agreement and, in some cases, an upfront deposit. This ensures clarity on expectations and secures your spot in my schedule.
What happens if I exceed the hours in my retainer package?
If additional hours are needed beyond your retainer, I will bill them at the agreed-upon hourly rate. I’ll communicate any expected overages ahead of time to ensure transparency.
Event Planning
What kinds of events do you specialize in?
I specialize in planning corporate events, nonprofit fundraisers, retreats, milestone celebrations, and other professional and private gatherings. Focusing on small to medium size events, I ensure every detail is handled with care.
Can you help plan events outside of my city or state?
Absolutely! I can coordinate events remotely and travel, if needed. Any travel expenses incurred for day-of-event coordination or in-person meetings will be billed separately, as outlined in our service agreement.
What’s included in your post-event evaluation?
After your event, I’ll provide a detailed report that evaluates its success, identifies areas for improvement, and offers actionable recommendations for future planning. This ensures every event you host is even better than the last.
